Designing and testing an MVP
Are you working on your product’s MVP and are in need of responsible specialists to take care of UX and UI? Do you want to make sure what functionalities your product should have, and that decisions concerning it will be made efficiently, based on user validation and conversations with your team?
Project assumptions
We will confirm the strategic assumptions, create extensive lists of functionalities (so-called “wish lists”) for your product, and fill in the blanks through desk research.
Buy a feature survey
This exercise imitates the “purchase” of product functionalities. It illustrates the decision-making process that can occur in real life and helps prioritize the functionalities needed to create an MVP.
UX design
We design the Information Architecture of your digital product, user flow, and layout of interface elements.
Creating the product brand
We will create comprehensive branding for you. At this stage, among other things, the name, logo, typography, look&feel, and tone of voice will be created.
UI design and UI Kit creation
We will create a graphic design of the interface’s elements, and a library of rules and components ready to implement.
Usability tests
We will prepare and conduct usability tests with your users. Both quantitative tests, such as surveys, and qualitative tests.
Implementation consultations
We will consult during the project’s implementation.

The duration of an MVP design and its testing will depend on the complexity of your idea. To help you estimate the duration of each stage, we have prepared some tips in our Case Study for startups. Visit the portfolio section and find a project similar to yours – this will help you determine how long it might take to work on your idea. Remember that the time required for completion also depends on the project scope – together, we will adjust all project parameters to the deadline to fit within the designated time.
Designing and testing an MVP is a well-defined and contained scope of work that is accounted for in the cooperation model based on estimated hours. The rate is established upfront at the beginning of the project, taking into consideration the number of specialists involved in the work.
Yes. Schedule a consultation with our expert, and together we will determine the project scope for your MVP.
We conduct both quantitative research, such as landing page campaigns, surveys, preference tests, and qualitative research, such as in-depth interviews and usability tests.
If you already have users of your product, the best solution is to recruit them for research from your database. If you don’t have them, we can help by using the services of a recruitment agency or by finding volunteers ourselves, for example, by searching for them in thematic groups on social media (as in the DIP case).
Each of our research reports categorizes user problems – from the most irritating to those that can be fixed at a later stage. With such a structured report, we can immediately see which changes in your product are a priority. Together, we determine the order of implementing changes.
Yes, we use daily, weekly, planning, and retro in our work. Our designers are accustomed to this form of work, so they can successfully join your Scrum team.
Yes, we have designed two cooperation models that make this possible – Dedicated Team based on a subscription plan or a Design Lead on an hourly basis. They both involve our designer becoming part of your team.
Yes, we always appoint one senior-level person who oversees your project. They can benefit from the experience of other team members: specialists in user experience design, experience strategy, UI and design systems design, and quantitative and qualitative user testing. We also deal with branding, animations, and UX writing. We do not provide development services, but we can oversee it.
