Product strategy & desk research

Together we will confirm the strategic assumptions of your brand and business model. We will fill in the gaps of any missing information through desk research.

Must have features

We will select the most important functionalities, those that will bring the greatest value to the user and your business, for further prototyping.

POC branding

Together we will develop the brand identity elements of your product, such as name, logo, typography, and the overall look & feel.

Prototyping

We will create working prototypes of screens representing the main functionalities of your product.

Preparing the market test

We will create assumptions for the quantitative verification of the concept, for example, a Google Ads or Facebook campaign. We will prepare graphic materials for testing, such as a landing page, banners, and emails. Based on the data collected, we will jointly make a  decisions about next steps.

Preparing the Pitchdeck

We will create a content plan for your presentation, and design graphic elements such as mock-ups, presentation templates, or explainer videos.

Working on these three elements usually takes between one to three, or four months and requires constant collaboration between our team and the client. The more available you are, the faster we can deliver the product to you. When it comes to qualitative and quantitative testing, additional time is needed to collect results.

We charge for the design, validation, and pitch deck based on an hourly work model. We can’t predict the number of iterations needed to create a unique product and meet your requirements. However, at the beginning of each sprint, we estimate the time required for changes. This allows you to control costs.

Yes. During the initial consultation with our expert, we’ll discuss your needs and customize the scope accordingly.

We test concepts directly with users, using quantitative methods, for example Landing Pages,  as well as participatory workshops. Before choosing a method, we evaluate which one would be best for your product.

The pitch deck presentation has a specific structure that we follow. It includes product-related content such as infographics, charts, as well as the initial product visualization. The scope is decided during our first consultation and is based on the needs that arise then.
