Frequently asked questions

Product Discovery can take anywhere from one to six months, depending on the complexity of your idea. To help you estimate the duration of each stage, we have prepared some tips in our Startup Case Study. Check out our portfolio tab and find a project similar to yours – this will make it easier for you to determine how long it might take to work on your idea. Remember, the time required for completion also depends on the scope of the project – we will work together to adjust all project parameters to the deadline, so we can stay within the designated time.

We offer a Dedicated Team cooperation model which is based on a subscription plan. With a fixed monthly rate, you can avoid unforeseen costs. The rate is determined based on the scope of the project and the level of engagement required. Read more about this model in our cooperation models tab.

Yes. We understand startup dynamics and know that sometimes we need to pause ongoing projects. Our contract provides for a pause in the delivery of services during which you will not incur any additional costs.

Yes. We always assign a senior-level designer to oversee your project. They can leverage the expertise of other team members: specialists in user experience design, experience strategy, UI design, design systems, quantitative and qualitative user testing, as well as branding, animation, and UX writing. We do not provide development solutions but can oversee this stage.

At Zima, we use selected elements of Scrum. We have daily stand-up meetings, weekly planning, and weekly progress updates. Our designers are familiar with this form of work and can easily join your Scrum team.

Yes, we have designed two cooperation models that make this possible – Dedicated Team based on a subscription plan or a Design Lead on an hourly basis. They both involve our designer becoming part of your team.

Mikołaj Moszyński, opinia naszych klientów.

“ZIMA allowed us to look at the client’s needs from a perspective that was previously unknown to us. They question and investigate everything to ensure that the client won’t question anything later on. Thank you.”

“From the very beginning of working with Zima, I felt I was working with individuals who understand my needs. Zima’s team is open to feedback and willing to make changes. The created project meets my expectations. Upon finishing, I felt that something truly unique was created. However, while the results are impressive, the process is often more important, I myself feel I have learned a lot from it. I highly recommend working with Zima, especially if you value relationships, good communication and transparent cooperation.”
