    Generation Z uses almost exclusively mobile devices. Unadapted applications and limited functionality of mobile versions (lack of a mobile-first approach) can effectively discourage users.

    82% of Gen Z skips ads whenever they can. At the same time, many of them cannot afford paid subscriptions (premium Youtube, streaming platforms) — overcoming adversity is a challenge for brands that want to engage their users.
  • Reluctance to set up accounts
    Forcing to register before testing a product is an insurmountable barrier for most users. Zetki prefer guest mode or access to basic functions without having to log in.
  • How to study GenZ?
    Research needs to be interactive and engaging to capture their true habits and needs. There is no room for boring questioning.
  • Diversity of Generation
